Randy Jackson, MD
Randy Jackson Jr., MD is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Family and Community Medicine at the UCSF School of Medicine. He currently serves as the Associate Residency Program Director for the UCSF Family and Community Medicine Residency that runs out of San Francisco General Hospital. He has special interests in resident and medical student education along with the development and sustainability of pathways programs focused on supporting students who are underrepresented in medicine. Dr. Jackson works with the Latinx Center of Excellence at UCSF to help develop pipeline and pathways programs to help support high school and community college students. Dr. Jackson practices primary care, including the care of patients with substance use disorders, at the Family Health Center in San Francisco. He also cares for patients at SFGH in the Adult Urgent Care and in the hospital wards.
